Surrender is for when you are holding on to a life circumstance, and you just can’t let go. You’re gripping so tightly, or pushing against something to such a degree that it is creating deep discomfort and pain in the present. There may, understandably, be fear around what might happen if you were to just let go. Surrender can give you the strength and courage to slowly release your grip and trust that there will be something there to catch you. It can help to pacify your fears and to develop your trust in divine guidance and support.
