If you’ve ever felt like you’re holding a lot - emotionally, energetically, or internally - you’re not alone.
My work is centered around supporting people through those moments, using flower essences as a gentle, effective tool for emotional healing and change.
My approach to working with flower essences
I’ve always found myself in the role of holding space for others - through transition, growth, and difficult moments.
From a young age, I felt responsible for maintaining emotional balance around me. Over time, that evolved into supporting friends, clients, and communities through periods of change.
Flower Essences became a way to support that process more sustainably - offering a gentle layer of support that helps people move through what they’re experiencing, rather than carrying it alone.
I found flower essences in my early 20s, during a time when I felt overwhelmed, anxious, and unsure of how to navigate the world on my own. A friend introduced them to me, and I was surprised by how much they supported me - subtly, but noticeably.
That experience sparked years of self-study and experimentation, and eventually led me into a deeper path with plant medicine. I studied to become a clinical herbalist and flower essence practitioner at the Colorado School of Clinical Herbalism.
What drew me to flower essences is how subtle yet powerful they are. They don’t override your experience - they support it. They meet you where you are and help create movement where things feel stuck.
My approach is intuitive, but grounded.
Whether you’re choosing a blend for yourself or working with me to create a custom formula, the focus is always the same - supporting your emotional landscape in a way that feels manageable, respectful, and aligned.
This work is about creating space for whatever you’re moving through - so it can shift, soften, and evolve in its own time. I’m passionate about sharing this work with others, because we all move through moments that ask for support - and we don’t have to navigate them alone.
